I will help you to make sense of your painful past and teach you to embrace a brighter tomorrow. I believe
your ability to improve your coping skills begins with your decision to make a change.
Together we can work to make positive changes to help you eliminate the struggle
and work toward the life you deserve. My specialties include working with people
who are hurting from past experiences or are feeling frustrated with the important
people in their lives. I have an MS in Psychology and Health from the University
of Stirling, Scotland, and an MA in Counseling from Rhode Island College, Providence,
RI. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and am licensed in Colorado
